Righteous

You have been made righteous. 

This righteousness we speak of is not just any righteousness, it is the very righteousness of God. The Bible is clear about one thing, “there is none, no one righteous but God. You being made righteous is a gift that God has given you for believing and accepting Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour. Someone once defined righteousness for me in this way: the ability to be and do right only and always. This is what we say of God when we say God is righteous, everything He does is right and He can only do right. Seeing ourselves and accepting this for ourselves, we that are in Christ Jesus can be challenging but this is what our ABBA Father has done for us, He made us righteous not we ourselves and the more we acknowledge what He has done in us in Christ Jesus, and confess it, the more we see it. And experience this in our actions, thoughts, emotions and words. This is who you are child of God, You are righteous.
